Hostile Intruder Training in Corwin Pavilion

Hostile Intruder Training in Corwin Pavilion

On Thursday, April 7th at 10:00 a.m. and again on Tuesday, May 3rd at 10:00 a.m. the UCSB Police Department will be offering a cost-free training for students, staff and faculty in the area of active shooter.

The UCSB Police Department strives to keep UCSB safe, but we also work hard to help members of the community feel prepared in the case of an emergency. This one hour training will provide information on best practices as well as other campus resources available to you.

Individual department training on this and other security concerns can be scheduled with Sergeant Matt Bowman at 805-893-2303 or matt.bowman@police.ucsb.edu

Further information on the Hostile Intruder Training, and other police department events will be posted here on the community message board.  http://www.police.ucsb.edu/community-message-board.
